We began December at the Euroa Show Jumping Classic. It was a great show at a new venue which so much work has gone into and will be another great venue for shows in the future. We are very happy with our team of young horses placing 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the 6 year old Championships on Friday. Kabalesse Kavita also placed 3rd in the 1.15m and 7th in the Bronze Championship. Fontaine Blue VDL also added a 6th in the Bronze Championship.
The following weekend we competed at the Grand Valley Show Jumping Classic held at Wandin Park and run by the Yarra Valley Jump Club which we are both committee members of. We were thrilled with how the show ran and also how the horses went. Olympian Gavin Chester built fantastic tracks and the gear and grounds where great. CP Aliyah was equal 1st in the 1.20m Championship and 5th in the 1.25m AM5. Fontaine Blue VDL was 3rd in the 1.15m and 3rd in the 1.20m Championship. We are now looking forward to having a few weeks holiday over Christmas and we will be starting back at Lang Lang Show in mid January.
